Job Description

This one-year fellowship by Johnson & Johnson, in collaboration with Penn Nursing and Wharton, empowers nurse leaders to drive change through innovation in healthcare systems. It focuses on design thinking, strategic planning, and solution development.

Role Description:
Fellows form interdisciplinary teams and tackle real-world problems within their health systems. The fellowship includes in-person residencies, virtual sessions, and mentorship from innovation experts.
