Scholars are placed in impactful positions across federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as private organizations, working on critical challenges in five strategic domains:

Role Description
As a NobleReach Scholar, you’ll engage in a full-time, paid position within a government agency or mission-driven organization, contributing to projects that address national and societal challenges. The program includes a comprehensive three-week professional development bootcamp in Washington, D.C., ongoing mentorship, and access to a cohort of like-minded professionals.

Eligibility Requirements

Recent graduates who have obtained a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution between December 2022 and August 2025

Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher

Demonstrated interest and experience in one of the five strategic domains

Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and eligibility for security clearance

Fully compensated one-year position with salaries typically ranging between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on placement
