Job Description

The Women in Energy (WIE) Fellowship is designed by Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy to advance gender equity in the energy and climate sector. This program fosters leadership and professional growth among women early in their careers by offering educational opportunities, mentorship, and strategic networking.

Role Description:
Fellows participate in a year-long curriculum that includes leadership workshops, policy training, career guidance, and mentorship by senior energy professionals. The program culminates with a capstone project aimed at influencing energy policy or business practice.
