Curriculum Highlights

  • Core Courses: Students complete nine required courses, including Research Methods, Data Analysis, Criminology (Micro and Macro Approaches), and Law and Society.

  • Electives: Four elective courses in Criminology, Law and Society, chosen in consultation with a faculty advisor.​

  • Second-Year Project: An independent research project initiated in the first year and completed in the second year, designed to introduce students to developing their own research projects and academic writing.​
