Job Description
The Shriver Peaceworker Fellows Program at UMBC is a competitive, full-time, two-year graduate fellowship designed for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs). The program integrates graduate study, community service, and ethical reflection to prepare fellows for leadership roles in social change and public service.
Role Description:
Fellows engage in full-time graduate studies across diverse disciplines while committing to a 20-hour-per-week service placement with community partner organizations in the Baltimore area. The program includes a structured ethical reflection curriculum featuring seminars, retreats, and events, fostering a community of practice among fellows.
