The EDICT Internship Program is a paid, 10-week summer internship initiative launched by the Clean Energy Leadership Institute (CELI) and Elemental Excelerator. It is designed to diversify the climate workforce by placing college students and recent graduates from underrepresented backgrounds into leading clean energy and climate tech organizations. The program helps address equity gaps in the industry by building a strong, diverse pipeline of future leaders in the climate space.
Role Description:
Interns are placed at host organizations—ranging from startups to nonprofits and policy think tanks—where they contribute to meaningful projects across fields such as policy, engineering, communications, and operations. Interns also receive career coaching, industry exposure, and community-building opportunities through the EDICT ecosystem.

What You’ll Need:
