Job Description
The Eagle Rock Fellowship Program, hosted by Eagle Rock School and Professional Development Center in Estes Park, Colorado, is an immersive, year-long residential fellowship. Eagle Rock is an opportunity for young leaders who are passionate about working with 15-21 year-old students from diverse backgrounds for whom having a voice and agency in their education is the pathway to success. We also support schools nationally to implement effective and engaging practices to equitably serve all students.
Role Description:
Fellows live and work on campus, supporting the school’s mission to serve students who have not found success in traditional academic settings. Each fellow specializes in an area—such as mathematics, science, wellness, music, or outdoor education—while also participating in community life, mentorship, and evening programming. Fellows gain deep experience in project-based learning, restorative practices, and democratic school culture.
