<p><b><u>Job Description Summary:</u></b></p>
<p>Responsible for managing audits of The Texas A&amp;M University System members. Directs the performance of audit procedures, identifies and defines issues, researches criteria, reviews and analyzes audit evidence, verifies evidence and documents procedures. Ensures that audit team&#8217;s work complies with auditing standards. Works under limited direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.</p>
<p><u><b>Responsibilities:</b></u><br />
&#8211; Directs the performance of audit procedures, identifies and defines issues, researches criteria, reviews and analyzes audit evidence, verifies evidence and documents procedures.</p>
<p>&#8211; Ensures that audit team&#8217;s work complies with auditing standards.</p>
<p>&#8211; Analyzes internal and external information to assess risk factors and identify high risk areas with the A&amp;M System.</p>
<p>&#8211; Identifies potential audit projects including specific objectives, budgets and deliverables.</p>
<p>&#8211; Uses project management tools to ensure the achievement of project objectives within established budget hours and deadlines.<br />
&#8211; Independently prepare complex audit reports.</p>
<p>&#8211; Conducts internal meetings including team meetings, entrance conferences, client status meetings and end of fieldwork meetings.</p>
<p>&#8211; Communicates regularly with team members and management to share information.<br />
&#8211; Develops and maintains strong working relationships with A&amp;M System member management throughout the course of assigned projects using entrance and exit conferences, project status meetings, briefings and other project meetings.<br />
&#8211; Teaches and coaches staff to address performance goals and problems and provides guidance for staff.</p>
<p>&#8211; Provides timely performance feedback, writes performance appraisals and takes appropriate action to address performance problems.</p>
<p>&#8211; Assists in coordinating training opportunities to meet the needs of team members.<br />
&#8211; Reviews and identifies changes in professional standards, pronouncements, laws, guidelines and federal audit requirements and communicates the information to departmental personnel.</p>

<p><u><b>Education and Experience:</b></u><br />
&#8211; Undergraduate or graduate degree in a business-related field or other field with related professional experience.<br />
&#8211; Eight years of progressively responsible experience in auditing, accounting, information systems auditing, investigations, compliance, consulting or other applicable experience (Experience should include managing and developing individuals and project teams, analyzing risk in major accountability systems, and communicating information with a results-oriented focus) to include two years of supervisory responsibilities.</p>

<p>Baylor College of Medicine’s (BCM) Center for Educational Outreach (CEO) which is part of the Huffington Department of Education, Innovation and Technology, seeks a science or health educator to serve as a science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine (STEMM) Specialist in Midland Independent School District (MISD) based in Midland, TX. This role will guide the development of the new STEMM pathway in MISD focused on STEM and health/biomedical sciences. The STEMM Specialist will be a BCM employee in the Huffington Department of Education Innovation &amp; Technology. The successful applicant will be dedicated full-time to the MISD STEMM pathways program. The position will work closely with a variety of faculty and staff members at BCM as well as students, community members, parents, and school district faculty and administrators.</p>
<p>This position is located in the Midland, TX area.</p>
<p>This position is grant funded through June 2028. Possible extension based on availability of funding.</p>

<p>• Plans, implements, and oversees education programs and activities of an education program that require coordination across multiple MISD campuses.<br />
• Develops and implements an evaluation plan to examine the long-term impacts of the STEMM pathway, including working with MISD and BCM to evaluate the effectiveness of special STEMM-related initiatives at the school.<br />
• Assists with strategic planning initiatives and process improvement efforts.<br />
• Drafts, reviews and updates operations policies and procedures; recommends improvements.<br />
• Organizes and assists with trainee recruitment efforts, including screening applications, creating brochures and marketing materials, and attending recruiting events.<br />
• Provides content development support for programs and activities.<br />
• Serve as an educational liaison among MISD district and campus administration and personnel, and BCM faculty, students, and trainees.<br />
• Schedules or coordinates lectures, evaluations, meetings, rounds, exams, seminars, training rotations, electives or special electives, ceremonies, or events.<br />
• Creates, monitors, and tracks documentation of training and educational activities.<br />
• May conduct formal training or instruction in a classroom setting.<br />
• Coordinates event activities on the school campuses or other locations.<br />
• May manage multiple education programs across multiple MISD campuses.<br />
• Creates educational materials, manages the procurement, and ensures the upkeep of necessary supplies for the program.<br />
• Coordinates curriculum development and refinement related to STEMM pathway middle school courses.<br />
• Collaborates with high school STEMM pathway (Biomedical Sciences) staff to support vertical alignment in curriculum and student experiences.<br />
• Develops lessons, provides in-class support, and supports MISD. STEMM middle and high school teachers in improving and delivering lessons related to science and health.<br />
• Develops STEMM learning experiences that integrate health sciences themes across all subject areas and all grade levels.<br />
• Plans and implements parent or family activities, in collaboration with MISD STEMM pathway faculty and staff, to promote engagement in STEMM.<br />
• Contributes to educational program evaluation activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives.<br />
• Contributes to MISD and BCM’s educational missions through participation in institutional committees and workgroups as assigned.<br />
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</p>

RIT Certified is seeking a dynamic and organized Manager, Instructional Design Contractor Services to play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of noncredit courses. In this role, you&#8217;ll have the opportunity to build and manage a team of talented contractors, ensuring the development of engaging and effective learning experiences for a diverse group of students. Recruit, onboard, and manage a roster of independent contractors hired to deliver instructional design services in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs). Provide feedback to contractors and SMEs aligned to RIT Certified course quality guidelines to ensure high-quality work that meets curricular, design, and technical standards. Liaise between contractors and internal teams as needed. Ensure compliance with budgets and production deadlines while working concurrently with multiple course development teams. This role reports to the Director, Faculty and Academic Affairs.<br />
In collaboration with RIT Certified instructional designers and the Creative &amp; Brand team, enhance RIT Certified’s existing library of contractor resources, including style guides, templates, and contractor training materials.<br />
This role requires a blend of instructional design and project management expertise to ensure high-quality course development that provides an outstanding learning experience to a diverse group of students beginning or advancing their careers. The incumbent will collaborate with RIT Certified’s curriculum developer, corporate partners, and fellow design team members to enhance the quality and consistency of RIT Certified&#8217;s expanding course portfolio. This involves applying RIT Certified course quality guidelines to evaluate existing courses across various learning management systems, prioritizing improvements based on student impact and effort required.<br />
This role will focus primarily on noncredit courses in the following areas: manufacturing technology, cybersecurity, information technology, skilled trades, and building construction management.<br />
In addition to managing the work of contractors, this role may work as an instructional designer in collaboration with subject matter experts and support the work of internal instructional designers as needed.<br />

<h2>Purpose</h2>
<p>Position will plan, implement, and oversee solutions to assemble, preserve, catalogue, and manage Campus Operations document collections. The position will manage vendor relationships and coordinate CO Stakeholder engagement, end-user training and adoption, and scanning/digitization/import of paper files/drawings.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Records Management: Coordinate with Campus Operations departments to review physical and electronic documents to determine historical significance, mission criticality, emergency scenarios, and other categories. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a records management plan. Coordinate with the Records and Information Management Office to ensure systems and processes comply with University records retention requirements.</li>
<li>Solution Development &amp; Implementation: Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement document management solutions for the organization. Develop organizational structures and guidelines for document storage to include descriptions, indexes, metadata, and material descriptions, where ease of use and searchability are optimized. Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors and university partners.</li>
<li>Training &amp; Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for document management within Campus Operations. Coordinate document management across Campus Operations departments. Assist end users with document submission and retrieval. Develop and deliver document management training to the organization.</li>
<li>Process Standardization: Develop and implement processes to maintain the document management system to ensure accuracy and reliability. Coordinate with department contacts to align document management processes, procedures, and activities. Ensure integrity and consistency of document management system by implementing standardization practices, documenting problems and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve resolution.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members in providing document management support. Lead and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure consistency and efficiency in document handling.</li>
<li>Security &amp; Access Control: Manage user permissions according to the security model to provide appropriate access to documents.</li>
<li>Digitization: Coordinate the conversion of paper documents and drawings to digital form as appropriate. Coordinate transfer or disposition of paper documents with Records and Information Management Office and University Archivist.</li>
<li>Represent department in a professional manner. Deliver high-quality and responsive customer service. Communicate effectively and professionally.</li>

</ul>
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in library and information science or related field. Three years of related experience. Experience planning, coordinating, and establishing document management best practices, processes, and solutions in a business setting. Experience implementing electronic document storage and retrieval systems. Experience with records management principles. Experience creating and managing project action plans. Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with shifting priorities. Experience assigning tasks and tracking work. Ability to collaborate across departments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. Professional demeanor. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.</p>
<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>
<p>Master&#8217;s degree in library and information science or related field. More than three years of experience related to the duties of the position. Excellent verbal and written communication competencies. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to lead and facilitate group meetings. Experience at UT or other higher education institution. Experience with documents and data related to facilities management, construction management, or campus and building operations. Experience archiving architectural drawings. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience managing a team.</p>
<h2>Driving Required</h2>
<p>This job requires a class &#8220;C&#8221; operator&#8217;s driver&#8217;s license. The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver&#8217;s license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident. Employees who are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).</p>

<p>The Properties Manager oversees the Craft Studio, Prop Stock, and Sewing Studio as an essential member of the Fabrication Studios team. They will serve as Properties Manager for Academic Productions in Theatre, Opera, and other projects as well as oversee the training and development of students and staff as prop artisans and prop managers for productions and other projects.</p>

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>

<p><b>Production and Training: </b></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with students, faculty, and guest artists to manage the planning, costing, purchasing, fabricating, modifying and repair of props and set dressing for productions.</li>
<li>Serve as Prop Manager for productions as assigned.</li>
<li>Attend production meetings and technical rehearsals as needed. Demonstrate effectivecommunication.</li>
<li> Coordinate with stage managers, directors, crew, and performers in the safe use of all props. Maintain and communicate “Prop Weapon and Firearm” policy to all university stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Operation and Planning:</b></p>

<li>Delegate and supervise fabrication, maintenance, and planning tasks to students and employees in the Fabrication Studios.</li>
<li>Hire and supervise student employees and staff to run the Fabrication Studios Prop Stock. Manage the prop rental process and inventory. Make improvements as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain fabrication equipment including carpentry, craft, and sewing equipment. Oversee the Props Area operating budget to identify, specify, and purchase new equipment and facilities improvements.</li>
<li>Safely load and drive university vehicles</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree with five years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>At least three years of professional experience serving as Prop Manager or equivalent role for productions in theatre, opera, or film.</li>

<li>Demonstrated experience supervising the work of others.</li>

<p>This job requires a class &#8220;C&#8221; operator&#8217;s driver&#8217;s license. The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence. <p>Responsible for advanced program administration and coordination of an academic or educational program or programs. Maintains frequent interaction with University departments, special groups and external agencies in administering the program. <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>PROGRAM COORDINATOR: Implementation and development of the Dedman Distinguished Scholarship Program. Oversee daily operations and activities, exercising independent judgment and authority. Submit special reports to administration and external offices illustrating accountability and progress toward outlined program goals. Assist DDSP Director with the review and selection of applicants to the DDSP. Assist in the development and support of the various initiatives within the Liberal Arts Honors Office.</li>
<li>INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT: Provide instructional support for Liberal Arts Honors courses, including serving as instructor of record and developing strategies to connect faculty and curriculum with the Honors Program. Meet with enrolled students as needed for guidance in classes.</li>
<li>EVENTS AND TRAVEL COORDINATION: Coordinate logistics for the DDSP Finalist weekend. Including set-up, program promotion, weekend logistics, and content. Coordinate activities, events, field trips, dinners etc., throughout the year for the DDSP. Plan program content and design agendas for each ceremony, meeting, retreat, and trip. Lead weekly meetings with all DDSP scholars. Lead planning of the DDSP weekly workshops.</li>
<li>COMMUNICATION: Serve as faculty mentor to a DDSP cohort. Help set academic, career and life goals and develop strategies to achieve them. Collaborate with administrators and use campus entities to achieve program objectives. Organize, design, and maintain the program&#8217;s printed and digital materials, including photos and logos. Update and maintain the DDSP website. Develop and maintain communication with current Scholars and alumni with the use of social media &#8211; Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram. Supervise DDSP student workers engaged in these communication activities.</li>
<li>ALUMNI RELATIONS: Serve as DDSP alumni liaison. Supervise maintenance of DDSP alumni database. Track and expand alumni network. Plan and attend alumni events for local Austin alumni. Coordinate all alumni involvement in recruitment weekend and sophomore cohort selection process. Stay in touch with alumni via social media and email and in person as needed.</li>

<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in field related to the work to be performed. Five years’ experience in a supervisory role and coordinating or administering a program. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of university policies and procedures; evidence of effective communication skills, strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to prioritize and track tasks; ability to write status reports and create planning documents.</p>

<p>Ph.D. and instructional experience. Demonstrated experience working with liberal arts majors in higher education career services or other academic setting. <h2><b>Purpose</b></h2>
<p>The Enterprise Application Support Manager provides leadership and management to the Enterprise Application Support Team, responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving issues related to university enterprise systems. They oversee incoming support requests, ensure quality assurance of resolutions provided by the team, and mentor direct reports while collaborating with other Enterprise Technology divisions to enhance service and operations to provide excellent customer engagement and experience.</p>
<h2><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Lead, manage, and provide support to campus users of the university’s enterprise applications alongside the Tier 2 Enterprise Application Support Team. Oversee the operation of incoming support requests from customers via ServiceNow and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.</li>
<li>Provide quality assurance on customer tickets, review ServiceNow SLA metrics, analyze root causes, and implement process improvements.</li>
<li>Administer personnel issues, coach and mentor staff, facilitate professional development, develop performance measures to enhance quality support, enabling them to set goals and work toward those goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other Enterprise Technology divisions and the broader university community to establish and support good working relationships.</li>
<li>Other duties or related functions as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h2><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Demonstration of the competencies: motivating others, planning work for others, managing conflict, managing and measuring work, complying with policies and procedures, typically acquired by a bachelor’s degree, five years’ experience in lead/ supervisory/manager capacity with customer support, technology support, training, or equivalent.</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of incident management, knowledge management, and self-service support tools</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment.</li>
<li>Experience mentoring, coaching and training supervised staff.</li>
<li>Ability to build and foster a cooperative work environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.</li>

<li>Previous experience leading a team of 5 or more</li>

<h2>Purpose</h2>
<p>The Collections Manager assists the Curator and Assistant Curator with everyday activities involved with running two major herbaria with more than one million total specimens of mostly vascular plants. This involves everything from skilled botanical projects, such as identification of undetermined plant materials, to more routine tasks, such as sorting and filing of specimens.</p>

<p><b>Purpose</b></p>
<p>The University of Texas at Austin is seeking to hire a full-time MRI Program Manager to join the Biomedical Imaging Center (BIC) and lead the MR component of the BIC’s mission. The BIC is a university core facility that incorporates multi-modal biomedical imaging (MRI, PET, CT, optical imaging) and supports basic, translational and clinical research at UT-Austin and the wider community. We have a wide ranging user-base that encompasses human and preclinical imaging across multiple fields including oncology, neurology, psychology, psychiatry, nutrition and biomedical engineering. The MRI Program Manager will occupy a leadership position within the BIC and be responsible for expanding our technical capabilities and services, enhancing our educational programs, and overseeing the management of our imaging systems. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the application of MRI to biomedical research – preferably familiar with both pre-clinical and human imaging – with the vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to increase our impact on the global imaging community.</p>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>Leads the MR component of the BIC’s scientific and educational mission.</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervises the MRI team and oversees the management of the clinical and preclinical MR systems of the BIC, ensuring that each system is operating effectively and efficiently.</li>
<li>Guides the expansion of our technical capabilities by developing and implementing new MRI methods and services on the Center’s MRI systems.</li>
<li>Coordinates the educational and training programs of the BIC regarding MR imaging and spectroscopy, including the development of curricula.</li>
<li>Collaborates with our support team and provides advanced technical support to BIC users for human and pre-clinical MR imaging and spectroscopy.</li>
<li>Serves as the representative of the Center’s MR operations to the research community; performs local outreach concerning BIC’s resources and services.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as requested.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>PhD in a discipline related to biomedical MRI e.g. biomedical engineering, physics, chemistry / biochemistry, with a detailed knowledge of MR physics.</li>
<li>3 or more years of experience in the application of MRI to biomedical research in either a clinical or preclinical environment.</li>
<li>Pulse Sequence and / or image reconstruction programming.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to train and support researchers in MRI.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Ability to think independently and assess critically / resolve complex problems.</li>
<li>Effective and flexible leadership and teamwork skills.</li>

<li>Experience with the integration of custom hardware with the MR system</li>
<li>Familiarity with standard MRI/fMRI analysis packages e.g. Freesurfer, Fsl, Osirix,</li>
<li>Experience with other software development environments e.g. Matlab, R-studio, MS Visual Studio</li>
<li>Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent packages</li>

<h2>Purpose</h2>
<p>Technology Resources provides services to over 110 departments and 5,000 systems across our fleet. The IT Manager will act as a representative on campus committees, participate in technical working groups, and maintain good working relationships with campus IT staff members. The IT Manager will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our systems by utilizing standard campus endpoint management tools including CM and JAMF for deploying and updating the OS and third-party applications.</p>
<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Manage a team of IT staff to ensure processes are being followed and the workload is distributed and handled appropriately. Manage performance and internal issues relating to management of staff, including performance evaluations, time off requests, personnel issues, etc. Oversee development and training of staff members to encourage growth and maintain positive morale.</li>
<li>Manage and maintain the desktops and other devices across Windows, macOS, iOS, and possibly future Linux devices. Perform system patching, OS level updates, packaging and deploying software when needed. Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, AppleScript, etc.). Develop and maintain documentation including change management.</li>
<li>Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices, UT policy, and ISO guidelines for our fleet. Conduct permissions audits, application audits, and GPO validation to enforce access control policies. Apply system hardening guidelines to all devices in accordance with ISO and UT policies. Work with management to review scorecards and provide insight or solutions to remediate.</li>
<li>Maintain imaging application to ensure patch compliance. May assist with server administration regarding patching and CM management. Oversee Deployment Center to ensure staff are performing as needed and to ensure latest hardware specifications are included in any updates for any new devices being deployed. Oversee Depot and International Loaner Program.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years’ experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint management platforms (JAMF/CM), networking protocols, and system monitoring tools.</li>
<li>Familiarity with University or education environments.</li>
<li>Experience with scripting, server management, VMs, and common used tools used in maintaining an enterprise infrastructure.</li>
<li>Experience with desktop support or server administration.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and writing skills, problem solving, and some project management skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><i>Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.</i></p>
<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
<li>At least 7 years of experience in AD, GPOs, CM, or JAMF.</li>
<li>Experience with UT Austin environment.</li>
<li>Experience with deploying, maintaining, and updating devices within an enterprise environment.</li>
<li>Experience with software distribution or licensing.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Driving Required</h2>
<p>This job requires a class &#8220;C&#8221; operator&#8217;s driver&#8217;s license. The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver&#8217;s license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident. Employees who are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).</p>
<h2>Salary Range</h2>
<p>$80,000 + depending on qualifications</p>
<h2>Working Conditions</h2>
<ul>
<li>Hybrid. This position will eventually work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. Flexible work arrangements and some telework are available for this position. A typical 8-hour flexible schedule should occur between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central Time. Occasional requirements might require work outside business hours.</li>
<li>Driving University-owned vehicles to job sites may occasionally be required for staff who already possess or are able to obtain a valid class C driver license and can maintain an acceptable driver rating as established in Policy UTS157.</li>
